- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

4. Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of all content you provide.

- We retain ownership of any design templates, code, or tools we develop unless otherwise agreed.

- Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final website for your business purposes.

5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions are included in most packages. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional charges. Scope changes must be approved in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (e.g., domain registrars, email platforms). We are not responsible for their performance, uptime, or pricing.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

- We provide services "as is" and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- We do not guarantee that your website will achieve specific business results (e.g., traffic, sales).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed to date are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Melbourne.
