Our pricing is designed to be budget-friendly for small businesses. We keep it simple by charging a one time Setup fee initially and then a flat rate per month so you receive one bill. Most clients can expect to have their domain, email, and website up and running in a few days to a week - depending on your approval timeframes - allowing you to focus on your business. We work with you on the setup process to make sure it represents your business and how you want it to look.

Absolutely! We design and create a website that is to your wants and needs.  We keep it simple and include the basic things you need and that allow you to reflect your brand's identity. You can request the colours, layouts, and content that best represent your business.

SimpleSetup will create you a website very similar in size and structure to the SimpleSetup website. Including such info as what your business does, testimonials from your previous customers, FAQs page and how to get in touch via an email, phone and of course a lead form for new customers to contact you. We know Word of Mouth is very powerful so having a great looking website for people to direct friends to is so important.

We use a dedicated platform to construct all of the websites for our customers. Each website is SEO (Search Engine Optimised) enabled meaning that over time Google will start to rank your website higher. You can fast track this by paying Google to promote your website through SEM (Search Engine Marketing) but this isnt essential.

Our support doesn’t end after setup. We include ongoing assistance as part of the structure of our service to help you keep your online presence up to date. We factor in that from time to time you want to add more content to your website, such as testimonials, photos and special offers. We include up to 1 hour of time to make minor changes and adjustments to your website. Plus we factor in the technical questions you may have too.

Included in your monthly subscription is 1 hour of assistance and/or site updates.  If you want more - for example a new site redesign - then we charge on a per hour basis and again we keep it simple and charge this by the hour. The cost is $100 an hour and we will quote this up front so you know for sure. 

If you are looking to sell products online or have a much larger website then SimpleSetup likely isnt the right solution for your business. Selling products online requires a much more hands on approach via a platform such as Shopify. SimpleSetup is designed to help businesses who want a simple front page for their business online to provide information and capture leads.
